16-Day Easy Returns

You may request a return within 16 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
  • Intimate or hygiene-related products.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we'll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, zMart24 will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
